*Fine Print: This is not a contract. You can cancel at any time. Subscriptions are automatically deducted monthly or annually. No refunds or prorations will be given for cancellations prior to the end of the billing period.

If you choose to cancel, you will no longer have access to the system. Please contact us at least 14 days prior to canceling, so we can export your client CRM information and invoices/transactions, if applicable. We will also help you update your DNS settings to your new website host, if applicable.

The website & funnel templates, forms, calendars, automations, workflows, chat bots and other system innovations are proprietary to EARN Greater Profits and will not be transferred. Once an account has been deleted, the tracking phone number & mobile app will no longer work; however, we are happy to transfer the phone number to your own virtual phone service.

Our calendar has been updated recently to add even more functionality for local service businesses, especially for businesses that want their clients to schedule services with them such as hair salons or massage therapists.

  • Surveys: Surveys are longer forms that can be single or multiple pages. You can create unlimited number of surveys and customize them to fit your needs.

  • CRM Integration: The contact information from the form or survey creates a contact in the CRM. The additional information you ask in the form is set up as custom fields and is also added to your contact's information in the CRM.

  • Hidden Information: You can add hidden information to any form or survey that gets included in the contact's information. The contact will never see this information. For example, you can include promo information if that form is specific to a certain promo.

Our toolbox gives you unlimited websites and funnels. You can also have unlimited subdomains for any website. Our toolbox uses a virtual phone number to track all incoming (and outgoing) calls and messages from any online source. When you hire us to complete any marketing service, we add a virtual call tracking number to your account and use that number for all marketing avenues.

  • Reporting: Our toolbox tracks and reports everything that goes on with the virtual number. By tracking where your clients are coming from, it gives us the data we need to focus your marketing dollars on areas that make you more money.

  • Marketing Uses: We will post this virtual number on any marketing services we do for you for reporting reasons. For example, if you have us updated your Google Business Profile, we will add your virtual number as the main number that people will call for services (we will not delete your current phone number inside Google). If we build a new website for your business, your virtual number will be published on it as the main contact number.

  • Mobile App: Download and use our mobile app to receive and send calls & texts from the call tracking number.

  • Communication: All communication is documented on the mobile app and the software, so you can reply to text messages from either place. Any user that has access to the software or has the mobile app, can also take calls and reply to messages.

  • CRM Uses: Any call that comes from the tracking number will be added to your CRM automatically, thus creating an instant prospective client list.

Call Tracking Set-Up:

  • New Number: We will secure your new number and when possible, get you a number that is local to your area. In the onboarding process we will ask you for any phone number prefix requests, if you have any.

  • Separate Business from Personal: If you are small enough that you still use your own cell phone for business, our mobile app will help you separate new business from your current clients. This will also help keep your personal number from being published on the internet, thus reducing spam calls. You can also quickly determine whether the person calling you is business or personal.

  • Another Business Number: If you already have a business phone number, this virtual number will be forwarded to your business line for answering. Your business will still use your main phone number for all current clients and offline marketing. No need to reprint business cards. (If the business line you already have is a virtual number, we could possibly transfer your number into our system. Contact us for more info.)

  • A2P 10DLC Registration: With all new business mobile business numbers, we need to register your number to be cleared to send and receive text messages. This registration is not from us, but from the four major cell phone carriers. Registration is now required for all business mobile numbers as of August 31, 2023. Toll-Free numbers are now also required to be registered. Our software has set up an easy registration process. The registration fees range from $4.50 to $50 depending on the projected usage you state in the application. The registration fees are collected by us but go to the A2P registrars (we have no control over what they charge or if your registration is rejected). Fees are collected even if the registration is rejected. If your registration is rejected, the reason is stated so you can fix it and resubmit.

    Approval can be anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks, unless they reject and require resubmission. They are getting faster at approving applications now.

    You can register yourself or you can have us do it. Our fees are based on whether you have the lite or the full version (full version users receive a discount.)

  • Fees: Our virtual numbers are from Twilio and subject to their call & text fees. We can supply you those exact fees upon request. As an example, a regular incoming phone call would be approximately $.0085/minute and an outgoing text message would be approximately $.0083/segment.
