  • Basic Channels: This mobile app let's you call & text using the call tracking number. All calls & texts will be saved in the CRM as a contact. If the contact already exists, it will be updated. Calls can be recorded and texts are documented.

  • Social Media Channels: When integrated with your social media accounts, the mobile app pulls in all communication from your social media so you can receive and respond to all messages from social media including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business and others. Just like calls and texts, social media "friends" will be automatically added as contacts in the CRM.

  • Google Reviews: When you receive a Google review, the mobile app will alert you. You can request, respond to and dispute reviews right from the app.

Set-Up Configuration Options:

  • Access: The admin of the account can give access to any user to download and use the mobile app. Log in credentials are the same as the user's log in to the desktop platform.

  • Communication: All communication is documented on the mobile app and in the software, so you can reply to text messages from either place. Any user that has access to the software or has the mobile app, can also take calls and reply to messages.
